Yoga is known to be a moving meditation. Combining your breath with movement is a great way to get out of the thinking mind with the added benefit of building strength & toning the body. At my studio, the Tiny Temple in the heart of Farnham, Surrey, I offer Hatha and Restorative yoga classes, workshops & retreats. Classes are open to public groups or private personalised bookings. Corporate wellbeing classes are also available. My Hatha yoga classes are strong yet fun and accessible to all with an emphasis on alignment and creativity. Restorative yoga offers relaxation and deep stretching, great to combine with a Hatha yoga practice or other more high intensity exercise and a busy life. Class numbers are small offering personalised guidance and a sense of community.
Meditation can help to keep you present, the only moment that really exists. The human mind is mainly either projecting or ruminating. Yet none of that really matters, it’s not here yet, or it’s gone & nothing can be done about it. Meditation helps us to keep our minds on what is happening now. And with that, comes a sense of calm. A spaciousness to consider our reactions. An awareness of what really matters and a more open heart towards others. My meditation classes equip you with tools to establish a daily practice, the opportunity to reflect on your nature as a spiritual being & benefit from the support of a likeminded community.
